is just a folder which hold all window dll and sys file which dll stands for dynamic link library which are use by the system itself to boot to you graphical user interface which is called gui.Most files in system32 folder are dll files that contain codes ,data that can be access and shared by many programs . the drivers in the system32 folder are used by the chips on your motherboard because most chips on your motherboard can not work without a piece of code to control them
